Information for Vendors
San Joaquin Superior Court welcomes bids, quotes, and proposals from businesses based in the United States for needed IT and non-IT goods and services. Under the Darfur Contracting Act, companies that do business in Sudan (including the Darfur region) may be ineligible to submit bids for non-IT goods or services (Public Contract Code sections 10475–10481).
Public Contract Code section 10478(a) requires companies that currently have, or within the previous three years have had, business activities outside of the United States to certify that they are not a “scrutinized company” before submitting a bid, quote, or proposal for non-IT goods or services.
If applicable, review and submit the Darfur Contracting Act Certification Form (PDF) with your bid, quote, or proposal. Companies that have not had business operations outside the United States within the previous three years do not need to complete this form.
