Community-focused court planning is an ongoing effort in San Joaquin County and throughout California. The Long-Range Strategic Plan required by the Judicial Council provides the foundation for this work. Our local planning team and the court remain committed to improving access to justice and strengthening public trust through meaningful community engagement.

Mission statement of the Court
The San Joaquin County Superior Court resolves disputes and addresses problems by applying the rule of law in a fair, equal, consistent, efficient, timely, and understandable manner with integrity and professionalism.
The court promotes public confidence by providing user-friendly, customer-oriented services and treating all people with respect and dignity in a safe and secure environment.
