Submitting your forms for filing
- Submit all forms required for your specific situation.
- Complete all required fields on each form.
- If handwriting, print legibly using blue or black ink.
- Sign and date the forms where required.
- Each person requesting a fee waiver must file their own request.
- You may file by eFiling. If your eFiled documents are accepted, filed-stamped documents are available to download for 30 days in the eFiling portal under Filing History. After 30 days, you can use the How to use the eCourt system. (opens in a new window)or contact Records Management.
- If filing in person or by mail, submit the original plus one set of copies for your records. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) with enough postage if you want copies returned by mail. If you do not include a SASE, copies may be placed in the pick-up cabinet at the Security Desk in Stockton. Documents not picked up within 30 days may be destroyed.
