Submitting Your Forms for Filing
- Provide all required forms for your situation.
- All information must be fully completed.
- Forms must be typed or legibly handwritten in blue or black ink.
- Forms must be dated and signed by the petitioner and/or attorney of record.
- Submit documents via eFiling. Accepted filings are available for download for 30 days in the eFiling Portal. After that period, documents may be accessed through the Public Portal or by contacting Records Management .
You may also submit original documents with one copy for your records. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) with sufficient postage. Documents not picked up within 30 days will be destroyed.
- Include the correct filing fee. See the Court Fee Schedule .
If you cannot afford court fees, you may request a fee waiver by filing form FW-001. See the Fee Waiver Form Packet .
Interpreter Needs
Court proceedings are conducted in English. If you need an interpreter, file Judicial Council form INT-300 (Request for Interpreter – Civil) .
